The Iwami Gourmet Festival, known for showcasing the proud cuisine and ingredients from Hamada City and Ohnan Town in the Iwami region of Shimane Prefecture, will be held on March 19, 2024 (Tuesday) at the Hiroshima Gate Park’s Oyane Plaza.
During the event, various eateries from Hamada City and Ohnan Town will set up stalls to offer local delicacies, and a market booth will be selling local ingredients and sake from Shimane.
It’s a gourmet festival featuring ingredients nurtured in the rich natural surroundings of the Iwami region. Admission is free.
