French Restaurant OZAWA, located on the first floor of the Oriental Hotel Hiroshima in Naka-ku, Hiroshima City, will resume operations on Thursday, February 22, 2024.
OZAWA will welcome Mitsuo Umino as the new Executive Chef. Umino brings with him 30 years of experience at the renowned Ozawa Honten in Shirokanedai, Tokyo.
OZAWA is a Michelin-starred restaurant that has been featured in the Michelin Guide Hiroshima 2013 and Hiroshima & Ehime Special Edition 2018. The restaurant offers Hiroshima-style French cuisine that showcases locally-sourced ingredients, such as pesticide-free lemons grown in Onomichi and seafood caught in the morning at the Hagi Fishing Port in Yamaguchi.
Reservations for OZAWA can be made online starting on Wednesday, February 15, 2024 at 10:00 AM.
