Hiroshima’s beloved meat festival, Niku-Niku Park, is set to return in 2025! The five-day gourmet event will take place at Hiroshima Gate Park in Naka Ward from Wednesday, March 19, to Sunday, March 23.
This year’s event will bring together over 18 vendors from Hiroshima and beyond, offering a wide variety of mouthwatering meat dishes. Attendees can indulge in a diverse selection of grilled delights as they explore the many food stalls lined up throughout the venue.
Niku-Niku Park was previously held at Hiroshima Gate Park in both March and June of last year, with an additional event in Higashihiroshima in November. Each event featured around 20 participating vendors, serving up everything from steak and fried chicken to savory chicken wings. On weekends, live DJ performances added to the lively atmosphere, drawing large crowds.
Given Hiroshima Gate Park’s close proximity to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, the festival also attracts many international tourists visiting the city.
