The gourmet booth lineup has been revealed for JIM BEAM SUMMER FES 2025 in HIROSHIMA, a summer festival taking place from Friday, August 1 to Sunday, August 3, 2025, at Hiroshima Gate Park in Naka Ward, Hiroshima City.
A total of 11 booths will be featured, offering a mouthwatering array for gyoza lovers. The selection includes Hamamatsu and Utsunomiya gyoza, deep-fried gyoza wrapped in crispy chicken skin, popular gyoza from Hokkaido, and even a long-established gyoza shop from Ibaraki with over 50 years of history.
Meat lovers are in for a treat too, with juicy options like skewered premium Japanese black beef, jumbo beef tongue skewers, charcoal-grilled Miyazaki jidori (local chicken), and Oita-style fried chicken. A wide variety of other dishes such as garlic shrimp and xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) will also be available.
On the live stage, popular acts like CYBERJAPAN DANCERS, Kimaguren, and MONKEY MAJIK will perform on different days. With a JIM BEAM highball—the official festival drink—in hand, visitors can fully enjoy a summer filled with music and gourmet delights.
The venue opens at 4 PM on Friday, August 1, and at 12 PM on Saturday and Sunday (August 2–3). Admission is free, making this a must-visit summer festival.
