Hiroshima’s largest bread-themed event, the 4th Hiroshima Pan Festa, is set to take place on Sunday, May 11, 2025, at Hiroshima Gate Park in Naka Ward.
Held under the theme “The joy of a life with bread,” this popular festival will bring together around 70 vendors, including local bakeries, sweet shops, drink stands, and gourmet food trucks.
Following the success of the previous event, this year’s Pan Festa returns to the spacious Gate Park, where visitors can indulge in a wide variety of freshly baked goods while being surrounded by the delicious aroma of warm bread.
Adding to the festive atmosphere, the event’s charming official mascot, “Shokupan-san” (Mr. Bread Slice), is scheduled to make occasional appearances throughout the day, delighting guests of all ages with his adorable presence.
