Hiroshima Electric Railway will implement a campaign offering free children’s fares for tram and bus services accessing Hiroshima Port on both March 16 (Saturday) and March 17 (Sunday), coinciding with the “11th Hiroshima Minato Festa” held in the vicinity of Hiroshima Minato Park.
The campaign applies to elementary school children or younger accompanied by an adult. Since the Hiroshima Minato Festa offers a variety of family-friendly activities such as boat rides and tours, attracting many families as visitors, this campaign aims to enhance accessibility for families attending the event.

Implementation Dates: March 16 (Saturday) and March 17 (Sunday), 2024, during the Hiroshima Minato Festa
Eligibility: Elementary school children or younger accompanied by an adult Applicable
Tram Routes: Lines 1, 5, and 7 when disembarking at Hiroshima Port Applicable Bus Route: Line 201 (Nishikaze Minato Line) when disembarking at Hiroshima Port Pier
