At the Hattendo Village near Hiroshima Airport, the annual “Strawberry Festival” featuring sweets made with strawberries is being held again this year.
The visually charming strawberry sweets menu attracts popularity every year, offering both classic items like parfaits and strawberry soft serve, as well as new products available for a limited time.
Hattendo Village includes Cafe Rie, Sky Cafe & Factory, and Sora no Eki orchard, each featuring their own strawberry menus.
Various appealing strawberry items such as hot chocolate drinks coming out of a tap to be paired with strawberries and shortcake-style pancakes are available.
At Hattendo Cafe Rie, visitors can enjoy activities like making strawberry pizza or strawberry cream bread.
During the festival, if you spot staff wearing hats with bread brooches within Hattendo Village, you can delightfully receive a mini chocolate by saying, “Please give me strawberries.”
